God's blessings

So on Saturday I celebrated my 23rd birthday. The only reason I am sharing this fact is the tell you the blessing God has given me of another year of life. God has truly given me a blessed life. I have a wonderful family who loves me and supports me and encourages me in everything that I do. I have a great job getting to teach wonderful freshmen (I love freshmen on certain days). I have a great church family who is so much fun to get to go and visit. I have a roof over my head and food to eat every day. This year has really shown me how truly blessed I am. To have lived the life I have. Listening to some of my students lives really makes me thankful that I never had to go through the things they went through. Like divorce, having a child in high school, drugs, alcohol. So thank you God for placing your hand of protection on me for 23 years. May I continue to grow close to you in the years I have left.
